Summary: This was my 2nd time booking a girls trip at this resort. Location is great, unit was clean and inviting, and the hosts responded to any questions we had right away. A 5 min walk to take the bus to Banff, highly recommend. Close to restaurants and brewing companies. Loved having a full kitchen made eating easy when we did not feel like going out. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were out of service due to maintenance which is out of the hosts control. Definitely booking again!

Summary: This was our second visit to this property. The condo is clean, quiet and has wonderful views from the windows. It’s also located in a great neighborhood and is within a short walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again.

Summary: This property was exactly as it looked in the photos. It was great to be able to host my son and his partner and their dog! It was clean, spacious, beautifully put together and so well located. The hosts of this chalet provided very thorough instructions and communication was excellent! I felt they were there the moment I had any questions. It was also so helpful that the federal park passes came with the visit. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Summary: Myself and my Dtr came for a 4 night stay here at Mustic Springs, and it was just lovely. The condo was clean, cozy and welcoming. A real home away from home for what was an important trip for us. Very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The service was great, leading up, and on the day we arrived, very personal. Responsive to any issues, of which there was only one tiny one getting in on the first night, and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you for a lovely stay.
